Piranha Lodge, located 180 kilometers – 110 miles from the city of Iquitos, where the Ucayali and the Marañon rivers meet and form the majestic Amazon river. There, starts the National Reserve Pacaya-Samiria. The Ecoexplorer Lodge is a rustic and natural construction on the edge of a beautiful lake near primary jungle. Private bungalows are lit at night with kerosene lamps, and sleep is protected with mosquito nets.
