Changing or canceling a lodging reservation
Modifications are allowed up until 30 WORKING days prior to arrival, after which we reserve the right to accept the modification required or not, according to the lodging establishment’s policies and type of tour. If you pay the 40% in advance, in most cases there is no problem but your will be charge $25.00 change fee payable upon your arrival. If you pay the 100% in advance, there will a $25 change fee payable upon your arrival and before your arrival to hotel or commencing your tour.

What happen, if after a reservation has been done, I don´t show up?
Yes, we apply no show, if you cancel your reservation 31 working days before than your arrival date, no show is 20% plus $ 25.00 for reimbursement, if you cancel you reservation between 30 and 16 working days before than your arrival date the no show is 40% plus $ 25.00 for reimbursement if is that there was money; if you cancel 15 working days before no show is 100%, sometimes we could to agree with the hotels, airlines, train company, bus companies, etc to discount the no show.

Atractions and Services
At all times, we may recommend Attractions & Services for your trip. To purchase an attraction or service, select the item and contact us. Prior to your arrival. If you do it, you will be entitled to 5% discount automatically. You can also add some attractions and services to our list, just send us the information and we will be glad to add it.

What is the Confirmation voucher
This is confirmation of your payment to us. Once your request is confirmed we will send you an email with a link to your Voucher. Please print out a copy and keep this document safe. You will have to present it to your transfes in the airport when you arrive to Peru or Bolivia or at the hotel during check-in procedures. Should you lose or damage the voucher, please re-visit the link and print another copy of the Voucher. If you have any further problems you must contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Some of the Hotels with which we book accommodation for our clients, have allotted a number of rooms to our company each day. So please do not be alarmed if the Hotel does not have your booking details, as they are on file. If you have any queries regarding your booking, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer E-mail Support Form.

How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
If you want to request an early check-in or a late check-out, please include the information in the "additional requests" section when filling out the reservation form.
Please note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the availability of the room and cannot be confirmed until the day of check-in or check-out. We can advise the hotel of your request, and they will try their best to accommodate your needs, also are subject to additional cost. -
If you take a tour along with your hotel accommodations, please notice the following cancellation policy:
If any tour package has being reserved, either traditional, adventure or ecologic, and it is cancelled due to bad weather and unsafe conditions, no money will be reimbursed to any passenger, because on all kind of tours operated in these countries, such as services for guides, porters, buses and others, are paid 100% in advanced. Peruvian laws protect tourism but also protect all the people working in this industry. They state that all hired services must be paid by the tour operator with at least 24 hours in advance of the commencement the service for which they have being hired.

If you take a tour for Inca trail, please notice the following cancellation policy:
If Inca trail tour package has being reserved, and it is cancelled for any reasons the no show is 100% for all passengers, because Inca trail tour is reserved and paid when we confirmed the availability in the Tourism Ministry, it can be three or four months before or when we confirmed the availability, is paid 100% in advanced.
